Family Note:   On their wedding the mayor of Reeuwijk, who conducted the ceremony, neglected to call Arisje's mom, Jacoba Oomse, to sign the marriage certificate. Basically their marriage was null and void. In all quiteness they remarried on 5 Jan 1942.
